Downgraded security to semi-friends only. Posts about my personal life are generally friends-locked, but the fangirling ones and babbles on my interests and online stuff will most likely be made public. I'm rather busy so my posts tend to come in spurts.
On Friending: Comment and let me know who you are to be added. I'm generally not very comfortable about friending absolute strangers, so if I don't know you at all, at least tell me how you found me or some such thing. I also don't check my info page very often...so if you've friended me silently thinking I might friend you back, chances are I won't realize it until who knows when.
Let it be said now that I really dislike "Friend Cuts" in the form of public announcements and threats about cutting friends who don't comment often enough, etc. The nicest thing I can say about that is: I honestly don't see the point of it. If you're one of these people, please don't bother to ask me to friend you back. What's the point when you'd probably do some weird announcement in the future about cutting me because I don't comment enough? Save you and me the trouble, please, and don't bother friending me to begin with.
