I think this journal of mine has been ugly long enough. :p The SO very awesome catch_22 bought me a paid account here the other day, and I just had to do something with it. Still fairly simple, which is the way I like it...but it looks tons better than that generic layout I had before so that's all that matters. View it! I'll need to tweak some other stuff later though- there's that little white border that's showing up on the right side of the layout for IE, but I'm too tired to dig into it right now. :p

I also went back and tagged everything too, which made me realize how little I really update this journal. That shall change! You shall hear me dribble nonsense until you want to kill me off your friends list! >_>;

I finally decided to give S2 a try at my icon journal, colorfilter. *evil tag temptation* I wish I had a paid account so that I could do more with it. I hope the layout turned out okay in all browsers and monitors though. I find that things always look different on my Mac. :\ I'm still unsure about the banner and especially the colors, etc...so comments and suggestions very welcome please. ^_^

I also started asking for donations there...something I'm still feeling a bit squirmy about. I hate asking for donations and such. But I'm much too broke right now- and with the hosting renewal fees coming up in less than a month, I'm pretty pooped. Out of curiosity, all of you guys who have your own domain/site- which hosting company/plan/price do you go with? I haven't looked around at all, but now that I have to pay again soon...I'm a bit curious about who you all use?

On a side note, someone finally applied for NANA's Ichinose Takumi fanlisting! I saw it on the upcoming list and thought "it's about time!" I've been so tempted to apply for it because I really like his character and seriously can't understand why so many people hate him. I'm half sad that I didn't apply for it...but I knew I didn't have time so I just hope that whoever got it will take lovely care of it. ^_^

EDIT: Anyone know if there's anything I can do to fix the calendar on the sidebar of colorfilter? It just shows August 2010 because I have a backdated post to sticky on the top. I thought backdated posts shouldn't reflect on the calendar like that? -_-
